Meet The pastor and his family.
Daniel Escalante was born in Chicago, IL and raised in Houston, Texas. He felt the call to ministry shortly before graduating High School, and upon deciding to pursue the call, he received a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Southern Adventist University. Upon graduating he accepted a call to pastor with the Georgia Cumberland Conference in 2014. He was the Associate Pastor to a three church district in Atlanta, Georgia. Following that placement, he was then sent to complete the Master’s of Divinity in Berrien Springs, Michigan at Andrews University. He graduated in 2019 and returned to the Georgia Cumberland Conference to begin his first placement as a Senior Pastor in Savannah, Georgia. He has enjoyed 9 years of pastoral ministry so far, and is eager to see where the Lord will lead next in the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Fort Collins.
He is happily married to his wife Alice with whom they share a beautiful daughter named Lucia. Alice and Daniel met in their first year of studies at Southern Adventist University and would be married in 2014. They have enjoyed 9 years of marriage so far, have shared many adventures, and look forward to what the Lord has in store for their family.
Daniel is passionate about ministry, helping others and seeing people come to a deeper relationship with Jesus. He prays the church will continue to be the hands and feet of God in a world that desperately needs the blessed hope.
